Florida Collectors Association (FCA) Rising Leaders ProgramThe Rising Leaders Program is a cornerstone initiative of the Leadership Develop Committee of the Florida Collectors Association, designed to identify, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders within our industry. This innovative program provides participants with the tools, resources, and opportunities needed to excel as future directors, committee members, and influential contributors to FCA’s mission.
