We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Florida Collectors Association's (FCA) new initiative—the Rising Leaders Program. This program is designed to identify, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders within our community, ensuring a strong and visionary future for FCA.
 
The Rising Leaders Program seeks to establish a dynamic leadership pipeline by nurturing individuals who demonstrate exceptional potential. Our goal is to prepare these emerging leaders to take on key roles within FCA, including positions as directors and committee members on our Board. By investing in these talented individuals, we aim to secure the long-term success and sustainability of our organization.
 
Participants in the Rising Leaders Program will engage in leadership development workshops, receive mentorship from industry veterans, and gain valuable experience by actively contributing to FCA's committees and initiatives.
