Room cancelations must be submitted directly to the hotel at least three (3) days prior to arrival or otherwise one nightÃƢ€™s room, fees and taxes will be charged. Additional nights outside of the group block are on a case-by-case basis determined by the hotelÃƢ€™s availability.
 
Daily resort fee is $25/day for attendees booked within the FCA & GCA block.
