MINNEAPOLIS, July 19, 2019 — In recognizing outstanding organizations and individuals who have demonstrated excellence in the accounts receivable management industry, ACA International presented David Kelley, president and CEO of the Preferred Group of Tampa, Florida, with the International Fellowship of Certified Collection Executives designation.

The highly-coveted designation, presented at ACA International’s 2019 Convention & Expo in San Diego, is one of ACA International’s most prestigious honors. David embodies all of these qualities and represents the best of the industry.”

Kelley is active in the Florida Collectors Association, having served on the board in multiple positions, including a term as president. On the national level, he has chaired ACA’s Healthcare Committee, served on the Council of Delegates, and earned both the Fellow and Scholar designations.
